Lead and manage the Supply Chain, Logistics, and Purchasing department.
Develop and implement effective purchasing and supply chain strategies.
Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and relationships.
Monitor purchasing activities, pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics.
Oversee inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock availability.
Develop and maintain effective inventory control systems.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve purchasing or delivery issues.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery conditions with suppliers.
Coordinate with sales, finance, warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Analyze purchasing and logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Establish and monitor department KPIs and performance targets.
Ensure purchasing and logistics processes comply with company policies.
Prepare regular reports on purchasing, inventory, logistics, and supply chain performance.
Lead, train, and develop department staff.
Identify operational risks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Continuously improve supply chain processes and overall operational performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Purchasing, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or procurement, with management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of procurement, supplier management, inventory, and logistics operations.
Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
Good understanding of purchasing processes and cost control.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good command of English and Khmer.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and/or inventory/ERP systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and results-driven.
Able to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
