o Scheduling and supervising nursing staff
o Managing nursing operation
o Ensure that nursing care meets regulatory standards
o Ensure that nursing care medical services are meeting patient needs
o Recognize and assist in solving clinical and administrative problems especially in the nursing department
o Supervise care delivery systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
o Monitor patient medications, treatment, and therapies for quality assurance
o Maintain nursing guidelines, develop and implement nursing policies and procedures for current and new service.
o Create and manage the budget for the department
o Facilitate meetings with medical staff from other departments
o Make monthly report
o Recruit and train new nursing staff
o Evaluate nursing staff performance
Comply with medical ethic and regulations that is stated by ministry of health of Cambodia
Work as a team with medical and non-medical staff
75% attendance at clinical meeting monthly
75% All staff meeting attendance and management meeting at least 75% of total meeting per 3 months.
•Working hours will be 208 hours in a month.
•Working hour 7:00am-7:00pm and 7:00pm-7:00am, Monday to Sunday with 1 day off per week assigned by Head Department.
• Working on public holiday, you will be doubled compensated
• OT will count as an hour
• You have 18 days for AL, 7 days for SL and 7 days for special leave including maternity and wedding (After pass probation).
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid nursing license/registration as required by applicable regulations.
Minimum 4–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinic, hospital, or medical center.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a Senior Nurse, Charge Nurse, Team Leader, or similar supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of patient care, medication administration, infection control, and emergency procedures.
Good leadership and people-management skills with the ability to supervise and develop nursing staff.
Strong clinical judgment and ability to make appropriate decisions in urgent situations.
Good communication and coordination skills when working with doctors, nurses, patients, and families.
Able to manage shift schedules, nursing documentation, and operational reports.
Patient-focused, responsible, organized, and attentive to detail.
Able to work under pressure and handle confidential patient information professionally.
Basic computer skills for patient records, reports, and clinic documentation.
BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS or other relevant clinical certification is an advantage.
Willing and able to work rotating shifts, including 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, where required.
