Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment properly.
Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, professional service.
Recommend drinks and menu items based on customer preferences.
Maintain consistent beverage quality, presentation, and portion standards.
Handle cashier/POS transactions and payments accurately.
Keep the coffee bar, equipment, tables, and working area clean and organized.
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
Follow food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
Support opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock preparation.
Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily café operations.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous Barista or coffee-shop experience is an advantage; fresh candidates can be considered and trained.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based drinks is preferred.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Able to communicate in basic English; additional languages are an advantage.
