- Supervise and streamline operations across all business units.
- Monitor timelines, resources, and workflows.
- Translate strategic goals into operational plans. Implement process improvements.
- Lead department supervisors. Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development.
- Oversee budgeting and procurement. Work with finance to control costs.
- Generate reports on KPIs and project status. Support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to policies and laws. Resolve operational problems.
- Bridge communication between departments and executives.
- Represent company externally when needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or general management, preferably in multi-sector companies
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and people management abilities
- Experience in advertising, construction, or distribution is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business management software
- Fluent in Khmer and English
- Day & Time: Mon-Sat & 8am-5pm
- Able to work in Steung Mean Chey area.
