Process Optimization: Streamline and improve logistics operations to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
Team Management: Lead and supervise operations staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels.
Logistics Coordination: Manage the movement of goods and ensure timely deliveries to clients.
Customer Service: Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction with logistics services.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational efficiency.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental regulations in logistics operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of logistics software and tools.
Day & Time: Mon-Sat (half day) & 8am-5pm
