Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and ensure a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and provide assistance in goal-setting and feedback.
Training & Development: Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
Payroll & Benefits: Assist in payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in logistics or a similar industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Day&Time: Mon-Sat (half day) & 8am-5pm
