Supervise and lead the business development team to identify new business opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans.
Monitor and track the team’s performance, ensuring they meet sales targets.
Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, etc.) to align business goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Working Hour: Mon-Fri & 8am-5pm
