Respond to customer inquiries in Chinese and English.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide product/service information and assist with order processing.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and issues.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
1-2 years of customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Experience with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Hour: Mon-Fri & 8am-5pm
