Develop assessment tools & exam tools for student.
Follow-up the teachers by conducting the class observation in order to evaluate the training processes and effects.
Manage the staff’s daily/annual performance.
Monitor the daily teachers’ performance, checking the quality of teacher’s administration works, evaluation from Pedagogy department.
Manage the class replacement and teachers’ attendance.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the superiors.

Bachelor Degree in Chinese (gain the native level in Chinese proficiency, B2).
Pedagogy Certificate is a must Experience.
At least 2 years experience in teaching.
Well-organized, creative, and energetic .
Interpersonal and communication skill .
Good command of English and computer skill.
Working hour: Mon-Fri & 8am-5pm
