Lead, mentor, and manage all operations staff including Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Operators across all shifts.
Oversee all alarm handling operations, making sure SOPs, quality control measures, and escalation procedures are followed with precision.
Serve as the primary liaison with Blue Eye Monitoring USA operations leadership.
Manage administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, attendance tracking, and resource planning.
Handle crisis-level escalations, client concerns, or critical site events with urgency and clarity.

- Experiences at least 3+ years of operations management experience in a security, BPO, or mission-critical services environment.
