Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for water treatment solutions

Lead and supervise the sales and marketing team

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and marketing plans

Represent the company in client meetings and industry events

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales/marketing management

Experience in the water treatment or related industry is an advantage

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Fluent in English and Khmer

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Strong knowledge of sales analytics and market research
