Introducing Oracle hardware products including servers, storage systems, and tape libraries
Install and configure SAN switches (Cisco MDS, Brocade)
Set up virtualization on Oracle x86 and SPARC servers
Manage Oracle hardware using ALOM and ILOM (e.g., firmware upgrades, system monitoring)
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
Collaborating with Oracle backend support to resolve issues
Create and manage service requests for customer issues
Perform hardware part replacements as needed
Conduct Oracle hardware maintenance and prepare reports for clients

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology
Basic understanding of network administration
Familiarity with IP, DNS, and DHCP servers
Knowledge of web servers (Apache2, Tomcat, IIS)
Understanding of client-server architecture
Basic Linux administration (user management, permissions, system monitoring)
Linux resource management (LVM, RAID, mount points, directories)
Familiarity with storage concepts (SAN, NAS)
Basic understanding of database administration concepts (MySQL, Oracle)

Working Hour : Monday - Saturday
