Key Responsibilities:
Drive new client acquisition and generate sales opportunities.
Identify key decision-makers and influencers at target companies and build strong, value-driven relationships.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and performance metrics.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and take full ownership of individual sales goals.
Strengthen client relationships through consistent communication and tailored solutions.
Cultivate relationships with vendors/partners and co-host educational and thought leadership events.
Lead and mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance and a collaborative environment.
Promote teamwork and cross-department collaboration to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
Identify challenges and opportunities based on client interactions and report insights for business improvement.
Prepare and submit weekly activity and performance reports.

Key Qualifications:
A strong personal track record in sales with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Proven experience selling to medium and large enterprises.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Resilience, drive, and a keen awareness of market trends.
Highly self-motivated and organized with a result-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
5–10 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles, including sales, marketing, and business development.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, IT Heads, and key decision-makers.
Solid knowledge of IT solutions and digital innovations including networks, enterprise systems & storage, databases, and system software.
Capable of executing independently and delivering results with minimal supervision.
