Conduct training for new and existing staff (sales, warehouse, office, etc.)
Prepare training materials and manuals (focus on phone products, service, company policy)
Deliver training sessions in Khmer and English
Support onboarding of new employees
Organize soft skills and customer service workshops
Monitor and evaluate training results
Maintain training records and schedules
Ensure training follows Cambodian labor law and company rules
Work closely with department heads on training needs

B.A in Human Resources, Management, or any Business related field.
Able to use both English and Chinese Fluently.
Male are preferable.
Basic Computer.
Have experience in training.
Working Hour: Mon-Sat & 8am-5pm
Location: Toul Kork Area
