Monitor and maintain the factory’s Quality Management System (QMS).
Assist in internal quality audits and prepare audit reports
Follow up on non-conformities and corrective actions
Keep quality records and documents organized and updated
Coordinate with production and QA teams to improve product quality

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
1–2 years of experience in QMS or QA in garment/textile industry
Able to work independently and support different departments
Good communication in Khmer; English skills are an advantage
Working Hour: Mon-Sat 7am-4pm
