Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, wholesalers, and distributors.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan promotions and sales strategies.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Train and mentor junior sales staff.
Manage and monitor stock levels and order processing.
Conduct field visits and oversee delivery schedules.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior sales role, preferably in FMCG or food & beverage sector.
Knowledge of coffee products and supply chain is an advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Possession of a valid driver’s license is a plus.
Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
