• Digital Marketing (60%)
Plan and execute digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and Telegram.
Manage content calendar for social media platforms; post, monitor, and engage with audience.
Monitor ad performance and optimize for CPC, engagement, reach, and conversion.
Work with sales and brand teams to promote promotions, outlets, and sampling events.
Track and analyze digital KPIs (likes, CTR, follower growth, conversions) and report monthly.
Support influencer/KOL campaigns and partnerships to drive awareness.
• Creative Design (40%)
Design social media posts, digital ads, GIFs, and short product animations.
Create printed collateral such as brochures, POS materials, event backdrops, etc.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual and digital communications.
Edit photography or UGC for brand content use.
Collaborate with external photographers, videographers, or printers when needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design, preferably in FMCG or baby care.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut).
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
Understanding of content trends for parenting/motherhood audiences is a strong plus.
Good command of English.
Strong sense of branding, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
