Assist in daily HR operations such as attendance tracking, leave management, and employee records.
Support recruitment processes including job posting, scheduling interviews, and preparing contracts.
Maintain and update employee personnel files in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Assist in onboarding and orientation for new staff and workers.
Help process payroll data and coordinate with the finance department.
Support disciplinary procedures and help resolve minor workplace issues.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
Communicate HR policies to staff and ensure factory compliance with labor regulations.
Assist in organizing staff training and health & safety programs.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or garment industry.
Basic understanding of labor law and HR functions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Able to work in a fast-paced and labor-intensive environment.
Knowledge of local language and/or ability to communicate with factory workers is a plus.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Salary Rank : $300 - $350
Working days : Monday to Saturday
Working hours : 7:00am to 4:00pm
