Manage after-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
Handle complaints and provide technical support
Monitor service quality and improve processes
Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in after-sales or customer service management
Strong problem-solving and team management skills
Technical knowledge is a strong advantage
Excellent communication in English and Chinese
Working days : Monday to Friday
Working hours : 8:00am to 5:00pm
