Plan and execute digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and Google Ads.
Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with brand messaging and product education.
Supervise content creation (copywriting, artwork, animations) in collaboration with creative agencies or internal teams.
Monitor and report digital KPIs (reach, engagement, CPC, conversions), recommending optimization strategies.
Manage community engagement and responses on social platforms.
Oversee lead generation and CRM follow-up workflows for digital sign-ups and inquiries.
Plan and execute in-store activations, roadshows, sampling, trade marketing programs, and mom meet-ups.
Coordinate POSM production, distribution, and implementation across key outlets.
Collaborate with the sales team to align promotional mechanics with sales targets.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BTL campaigns, suggesting improvements.
Track competitor marketing activities and consumer trends.
Assist with marketing budget tracking and reporting.
Support KOL/influencer outreach and performance tracking.
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in digital and/or BTL marketing, preferably in FMCG or infant nutrition industry.
Experience managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
Knowledge of offline activation and field marketing execution.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in English and local language (verbal and written).
A self-starter with creativity, attention to detail, and a consumer-first mindset.
