Payroll and Compensation: Oversee daily attendance, payroll processing, and compensation management to ensure timely and accurate salary distribution.
Training and Development: Assist in developing training programs, conducting training needs assessments, and implementing employee development initiatives.
Policy Implementation: Revise and develop HR policies, monitor their execution, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as managing office equipment, coordinating with external parties, and maintaining employee records.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Chinese and English is essential for effective communication.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in full-spectrum HR functions, with familiarity in labor market regulations and HR practices.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.
