Greet and consult customers on vehicle service needs.

Record and evaluate issues described by customers.

Test drive vehicles post-repair to ensure proper functionality.

Perform basic diagnostic checks, especially for undercarriage and suspension-related issues.

Communicate effectively between customers and mechanics to ensure clarity.

Provide clear explanations of repairs and services to customers.

Monitor the progress of repairs and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain service records and update customer history.

Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Male or Female, aged 25 – 45.

Proven experience in a garage or automotive service center (senior-level preferred).

Must have valid driver’s license and ability to test drive repaired vehicles.

Strong understanding of automotive systems, especially undercarriage issues.

Hands-on knowledge of pickup trucks and off-road vehicles is a must.

Ability to identify mechanical problems and explain them in layman's terms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Basic computer skills are a plus (for service logs and reports).
Working 6days per week
