Handle inquiries, appointments, and registration at the front desk or through calls/messages.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal departments to ensure smooth service flow.
Translate or interpret medical-related communication between staff and Chinese clients.
Handle patient feedback, resolve basic issues, and escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data privacy compliance.
Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) – speaking, reading, and writing.
Previous experience in customer service or healthcare is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Friendly, patient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems).
