Position Title: High School Math Teacher
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Employment Type: Full-time, Academic Year
Reports To: Head of Mathematics / Secondary Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging math lessons (MYP, IGCSE, AP, or US standards), integrating theory, problem-solving, labs, and real-life applications.
-Design and update curriculum materials, assessments, projects, and practice exercises.
-Monitor and assess student progress via quizzes, exams, and classwork; provide personalized feedback and report to parents.

-Use varied teaching methods and ICT tools (interactive whiteboards, digital platforms).
-Prepare students for internal/external examinations (IGCSE, IB, AP).

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Mathematics, Math Education, or related field.
-Teaching certification or license (e.g., PGCE, QTS, local certification).
-Minimum 2–3 years secondary-level math teaching experience; 3+ years preferred.
-Experience with international curricula (IGCSE, IB MYP/DP, AP, US Common Core).
-Fluent in English; additional Khmer proficiency is a plus.
-Strong classroom management and ability to build positive student relationships.
-Excellent communication with students, colleagues, and parents; culturally sensitive.
-Skilled with ICT and digital teaching tools.
-Ability to differentiate instruction and use data-driven strategies for student growth.
