Job Description
Position Title: High School Physics Teacher
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Employment Type: Full-time, Academic Year
Reports To: Head of Science / Secondary Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons (IGCSE, AS & A Level, IB DP, or AP), blending theory and practical experiments to foster scientific thinking .
-Develop and update curriculum, lab manuals, assessments, and support resources.
-Provide formative and summative assessments, generate student reports, and conduct parent-teacher conferences each term
-Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-managed classroom and lab environment.
-Leverage ICT tools and Google Apps (e.g., MacBooks, interactive whiteboards) for instruction

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
-Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in Physics or related field; a PGCE or equivalent teaching credential is preferred
-Minimum 2 years teaching experience at secondary level; 3+ years preferred for Cambridge or IB curricula

-Native-level English proficiency is essential; Khmer proficiency is advantageous
