Position Title: Primary English Teacher
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Employment Type: Full-time, Academic Year
Reports To: Primary Coordinator / Head of English
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons (reading, writing, phonics, speaking) aligned with the school’s curriculum (British KS1–2, PYP, or Cambridge Primary)

-Create differentiated activities to support learners of varying proficiencies, including EAL support .
-Conduct formative and summative oral and written assessments; track progress and report to parents and school leadership .
-Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that promotes inquiry and student well-being
-Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular units and integrate thematic learning

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or related field; PGCE/QTS or equivalent preferred
-Minimum 2 years of primary-level teaching experience; international school experience is an advantage
-Minimum 2 years of primary-level teaching experience; international school experience is an advantage
-Excellent classroom management and behaviour guidance techniques .
-Proficient in formative and summative English assessments
-Strong interpersonal skills; able to engage parents, students, and staff effectively.
-Competent in ICT and educational technology tools
