Assist the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination.

Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

Prepare sales reports and documentation for internal use.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounting for stock and payment follow-ups.

Support customer service by handling inquiries and ensuring timely communication.

Monitor and follow up on sales performance targets and KPIs.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (FMCG experience is a plus).

Good communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Basic knowledge of sales processes and inventory coordination.
