We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and fluent Chinese-speaking Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Phnom Penh. This role is perfect for someone who understands digital trends, can craft engaging campaigns, and communicate effectively in Chinese for targeted markets.
-Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (WeChat, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
-Manage social media accounts in Chinese and English, ensuring regular, engaging content updates
-Create and translate marketing content (ads, articles, captions, etc.) from English to Chinese and vice versa
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis for the Chinese-speaking market
-Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing marketing materials
-Assist in SEO/SEM strategies, including keyword research and optimization
-Manage relationships with Chinese-speaking influencers or KOLs if applicable
-Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a bilingual (Chinese-English) environment
-Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is mandatory
-Strong understanding of Chinese digital platforms (WeChat, Douyin/TikTok, Weibo, etc.)
-Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other online marketing tools
-Excellent communication and copywriting skills in both Chinese and English
-Creative thinking with attention to detail
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Familiarity with the Cambodian market is a plus
