Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with school policies and labor law.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation processes.
Handle staff attendance, leave records, and disciplinary actions.
Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management.
Coordinate performance evaluations and provide HR guidance to department heads.
Maintain employee records and confidentiality.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor law and HR best practices.
Good command of English and computer skills (MS Office, HR software).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the education sector is a plus.
Salary Range: $500 - $900
