We are seeking a dedicated and professional Client Services Executive / Manager to join our team in Phnom Penh. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and coordinating with internal departments to deliver quality service and solutions. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, organized, and a strong communicator who can handle multiple client accounts and provide consistent support.
-Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
-Understand client needs and ensure their expectations are met through effective service delivery.
-Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide timely updates and follow-ups.
-Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, finance, product) to fulfill client requirements.
-Coordinate onboarding of new clients and guide them through the service implementation process.
-Prepare and present reports on account performance, feedback, and improvement plans.
-Monitor service KPIs and escalate any service delivery issues internally for resolution.
-Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and service reviews.
-Support business development efforts through upselling, referrals, and client retention strategies.
-Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM or service systems.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
-1–4 years of experience in client services, customer success, or account management.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Khmer and English (both spoken and written).
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-A problem-solving mindset and client-focused attitude.
-Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, or customer service software is an advantage.
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
