We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Services Executive to join our growing team in Phnom Penh. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
-Act as the primary contact for clients, providing prompt and professional support.

-Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

-Understand client needs and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

-Resolve client issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.

-Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

-Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

-Prepare client reports, updates, and service reviews as needed.

-Assist with onboarding new clients and conducting orientation sessions.

-Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.

-Contribute to service improvement initiatives and feedback loops.

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

-1–3 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer support.

-Excellent communication in English and Khmer (verbal and written).

-Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

-Friendly, proactive, and client-focused attitude.
