We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Phnom Penh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep sales knowledge, and a passion for building and motivating high-performing teams.
-Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share and expand customer base.
-Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and partners.
-Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
-Conduct market analysis and stay updated on competitor activities and market trends.
-Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and promotional campaigns.
-Handle negotiations, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Provide training, coaching, and support to sales team members to boost performance.
-Ensure sales operations comply with company policies and local regulations.
-Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings when needed.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA is a plus).
-Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Deep understanding of the sales process, customer relationship management, and negotiation techniques.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
-Fluent in Khmer and good command of English (spoken and written).
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
