-Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
-Prepare and analyze income statements, balance sheets, cash flow projections, and management dashboards for leadership review.
-Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles; collaborate with department heads on budget adherence.
-Maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance with Cambodian accounting standards and tax regulations.
-Oversee payables/receivables operations, bank reconciliations, and treasury/cash flow management.
-Coordinate audits, liaise with tax authorities, banks, and external auditors.
-Lead and mentor finance/accounting staff; support software implementation and team training.

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
-5+ years experience in financial leadership, preferably in hospitality, retail, or SME environments.
-Strong understanding of Cambodian accounting practices, ERP systems (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.), and advanced Excel skills.
-Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills—fluent in Khmer and English.
-Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
