Position Title: International Medical Liaison Officer (Chinese-English-Khmer)
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Employment Type: Full-Time (3 months probation with possibility for long-term role)
Reports To: Country Director – GlobaLink International Medical (GIM)
About GIM:
GlobaLink International Medical (GIM) connects Cambodian patients with world-class medical services in Taiwan, ensuring safe, transparent, and effective international healthcare coordination. At this early stage of operations, we are seeking a multilingual team member to help us build a bridge between patients, families, and our partner hospitals in Taiwan.
● Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking hospitals and partners.
● Translate medical and administrative documents (Chinese ⇌ English).
● Coordinate patient bookings, virtual consultations, travel support, and hospital communications.
● Support day-to-day office operations and patient inquiries via phone, email, or Whatsapp/LINE.
● Assist in the creation of bilingual brochures, service descriptions, and social media content.
● Maintain accurate records of consultations and referrals in internal systems.
● Liaise with travel agents, embassy staff, and interpreters when needed.

● Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (Khmer a plus)
● Bachelor’s degree or higher (Healthcare, Business, Languages, or related field)
● Strong communication and customer service skills
● Professional, responsible, and detail-oriented
● Comfortable with technology: Zoom, email, Google Drive, Customer Relationship Management tools
● Previous experience in international coordination, medical admin, or translation is a strong advantage
