As the MEP Site Engineer, you’ll ensure the successful installation, coordination, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems on site. Your technical leadership will ensure that MEP work aligns with design intent, quality standards, deadlines, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate MEP installation teams and subcontractors to align with project drawings, specs, and schedules
-Review MEP shop drawings, submittals, method statements, and track all design revisions and as‑built updates
-Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety compliance, and workmanship .
-Coordinate with structural, civil, architectural teams to resolve clashes and align services layouts .
-Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, snag lists, site diaries, and communicate updates to the Project Manager
-Manage material orders, verify deliveries, and control usage and wastage on site
-Enforce and uphold safety, environmental, and quality standards across MEP activities
-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering
-Minimum 2–5 years’ experience as a site or coordination engineer on MEP/building projects (e.g. hotels, offices, residential)
-Experience with MEP commissioning is preferred
-Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage installations
-Skilled in interpreting drawings, specs, building and MEP codes, and identifying installations clashes
-Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and MS Office; skills in Revit and BIM are a plus
