As an Account Director, you'll lead strategic client relationships, oversee account growth, and guide integrated communication efforts across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as senior liaison for key clients, maintaining trust and engagement across all levels
-Understand client business objectives, and “live the client’s business and brands” to deliver compelling solutions
-Develop robust brand and communication strategies covering ATL, BTL, digital, and activation
-Pitch and guide impactful creative ideas and integrated campaigns
-Lead, mentor, and allocate workloads to ensure efficient account servicing
-Coordinate cross-functional teams (planning, media, creative, digital) to meet deadlines and quality standards .
-Monitor account performance, revenue targets, and contract negotiations
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
-5 + years of account management or brand management experience, especially within advertising or FMCG campaigns
-Demonstrated leadership in managing medium-to-large portfolios and supervising teams (ideally 3 + junior staff)
-Proven track record with integrated campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital) and strong FMCG experience preferred (beverage background is a plus)
-Fluent English required; Khmer fluency highly valued .
-Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
-Strategic thinking with strong business acumen; analytical in managing budgets and profitability
-Leadership mindset with proven mentoring and staff development capabilities .
