As a Digital Marketing Specialist fluent in Chinese, you'll manage digital campaigns targeting Chinese-speaking audiences in Cambodia and abroad, ensuring messaging aligns with brand objectives and cultural nuances.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, implement, and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns across Google, Baidu, social platforms, and more
-Develop and run Chinese-language social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, TikTok), including posts, ads, community management, and engagement.
-Create compelling digital content in Chinese—text, images, short videos, and landing pages—aligned with brand tone and performance objectives
-Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEM dashboards; provide actionable insights and data-driven optimizations
-Collaborate with design, content, and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into site architecture and content workflows
-Conduct regular market and competitor analysis for Chinese-speaking segments to identify trends and opportunities.
-Maintain campaign budgets, forecast spend, and reconcile variances
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field
-2–4 years experience in digital marketing with proven expertise in Chinese-language campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media.
-Native or near-native fluency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English; Khmer proficiency is a plus
-Strong SEO and SEM skills, including keyword strategy, bid management tools (e.g., Marin, Kenshoo), and paid search ads
-Proficient with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Baidu Analytics); experienced in monitoring, reporting, and deriving insights
-Content creation abilities: copywriting in Chinese, basic graphic design/video editing using Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.
-Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to liaise with designers, developers, and external partners.
-Time management: capable of juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
