Job Description (JD):
As the Store Manager for Consumer Care and Fashion Products, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. You will lead and motivate the store team, manage inventory, and ensure the store meets its financial targets while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage all store operations including sales, customer service, inventory, and staff management.
-Lead, train, and develop store staff to achieve performance targets and deliver excellent customer care.
-Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
-Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
-Maintain store visual standards and ensure product displays are attractive and aligned with brand guidelines.
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
-Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
-Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance for senior management.

Job Requirements (JR):
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
-Proven experience (3+ years) as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in consumer care, fashion, or retail sector.
-Strong knowledge of consumer care and fashion product trends and customer preferences.
