Job Description (JD):
As a Content Creator specializing in Logistics and Shipping, you will develop engaging, informative, and accurate content to support the company’s marketing, communication, and training efforts. Your role is to create various content formats that explain logistics processes, highlight services, and promote brand awareness both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop clear, engaging, and accurate content related to logistics, shipping, supply chain, and transportation services.
-Create blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, and newsletters to promote company services and industry insights.
-Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and customer needs.
-Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to generate relevant content ideas.
-Optimize content for SEO to improve online visibility and engagement.
-Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials.
-Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.
-Support internal training materials development by creating easy-to-understand guides and presentations.

Job Requirements (JR):
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
-Proven experience (1-3 years) in content creation, preferably in logistics, shipping, or supply chain industries.
Skills & Attributes:
-Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (and Khmer is a plus).
-Basic knowledge of logistics and shipping terminology and processes.
-Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing tools.
-Ability to create diverse content formats including text, images, and video scripts.
-Good research skills and attention to detail.
-Proficient in content management systems, Microsoft Office, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
-Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
