-Conduct regular patrols (e.g., every 30 minutes) of the campus perimeter, entry points, and common areas to ensure safety and compliance with school policies, similar to duties of a Ground Safety Monitor
-Monitor CCTV systems and collaborate with IT and maintenance teams to ensure they are operational and effectively positioned
-Greet visitors, verify identification, and ensure compliance with security protocols such as badge display and signing in/out procedures, much like Shrewsbury’s Premises Manager role
-Assist with safety checklists, fire drills, and emergency procedures as required by the school’s health and safety protocols
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Previous experience in security, safety monitoring, or related roles.
-Familiarity with CCTV systems preferred.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert in varied conditions.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
