 Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems and recording devices.
 Set up, manage, monitor, and back up Active Directory (AD) servers and file servers.
 Provide technical support, troubleshoot, and train end-users on hardware, software and common IT problems.
 Deploy, configure, and maintain computers and related peripherals for all user.
 Set up and maintain network infrastructure, including routers and switches (e.g.,Cisco, Mikrotik, TP-Link, Unifi).
 Manage and update antivirus software and other security tools to protect IT assets.
 Maintain and control IT equipment inventory and asset management.
 Support and maintain Point of Sale (POS) systems; knowledge of finance-related software is a plus.
 Assist in cyber security initiatives, including monitoring, incident response, and risk mitigation.

 Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience; experience in retail is a plus.
 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
 Proactive, smart, flexible, and able to demonstrate leadership qualities.
 Excellent problem-solving skills with hard skills, soft skills and willingness to travel occasionally.
 Good in written and spoken Khmer and English.
 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
 Good knowledge of cyber security principles and practices is a big plus.
