-Issue and manage invoices, credit notes, and receipts; record daily cash and bank transactions and reconcile accordingly.
-Maintain all financial records in both manual and computerized systems like QuickBooks; ensure proper filing of all accounting documents.
-Prepare monthly bank and petty cash reconciliations and generate financial reports, including budget consumption and variance analysis.
-Monitor and manage budgeting processes; forecast and report departmental budget usage and financial performance to school leadership.
-Oversee payroll processing and maintain internal controls across payments, expenses, and transactions.
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-1–3 years of relevant accounting experience—experience in a school or educational context is advantageous.
-Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
-Fluent written and spoken English; Khmer proficiency is a plus.
