-Handle cash transactions and process payments for tuition, extracurricular activities, uniforms, lunches, school transport, special events, and more.
-Issue accurate invoices, receipts, payment notices, vouchers, and quotations.
-Follow up on overdue payments, manage accounts receivable, and facilitate billing at semester or year-end.
-Deposit funds and manage petty cash transactions—handling withdrawals and bank deposits as needed.
-Track inventory related to school merchandise (e.g., uniforms, backpacks) and assist with fixed asset reports.
-Maintain an organized cashier station and assist parents and vendors with inquiries or issues, escalating when necessary.
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field for most schools; for Westview CIS, cashier or customer service experience alone may suffice.
-Preferably 1–2 years in accounting or cashier roles; familiarity with schools or customer service environments is a plus.
-Proficient in Google Workspace, POS systems, QuickBooks, and standard office software (Word, Excel).
-Fluent in both Khmer and English for interacting with families and staff.
-Strong customer service, attention to detail, integrity, reliability, organization, and professionalism.
