-Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a friendly and professional manner; uphold safeguarding protocols by controlling school access.
-Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, manage queries, and escalate as needed.
-Assist with new student enrollment and registration; support attendance recording and documentation.
-Perform clerical tasks: scan, photocopy, prepare and maintain school files, and operate basic office equipment.
-Relay messages and feedback from parents, teachers, and students to relevant staff members.
-Make campus announcements via the PA system when necessary.
-Receive deliveries from suppliers, assist with mail sorting, and manage front desk supplies.
-Provide support during school events and field activities, including supervision during drop‑off and pick‑up times.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field preferred.
-Minimum of 1 year experience in reception, administrative, or customer‑facing roles; international school experience is a plus.
-Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Khmer language skills will be valued.
-Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities; demonstrates warmth, professionalism, and reliability.
-Basic computer literacy including familiarity with Microsoft Office, student management systems, or Google Workspace.
