-Maintain all computers, printers, servers, network devices, audio-visual systems, and other electronic hardware.
-Provide timely and effective technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
-Install, configure, and update computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
-Troubleshoot and resolve virus outbreaks, system failures, and connectivity issues.
-Assist users in using IT resources effectively—teachers, staff, and students alike; provide training to new users.
-Recommend and support procurement of technology resources and software.
-Adapt quickly to new technologies within the school environment.
-Compile and maintain accurate inventories of IT assets and equipment.
-Support network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, server systems, and data backups.
-Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
-Experience: At least 1 year of IT support, preferably in an educational environment or international school.
-Proficient in Windows network environments and system management.
-Competent in server maintenance, data backup, and cybersecurity practices.
-Basic design tools for promotional visuals (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw) are a plus.
