-Oversee café operations during your shift to ensure compliance with service and cleanliness standards
-Help schedule staff shifts and monitor attendance, productivity, and grooming standards
-Train and mentor baristas and café staff on beverage preparation, equipment use, and service
-Maintain records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues, expenses, and stock movements
-Support cost control efforts by monitoring waste, stock turnover, and cash handling accuracy
- Experience: 1.5-2 years minimum
