- Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.

- Key Accounts: Manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Customer Service: Oversee the resolution of customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Sales Processes: Implement and optimize sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a management role.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
