• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in Modern Trade and General Trade segments.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team through recruitment, training, and mentoring.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs within the nuts industry.
• Foster strong relationships with key accounts and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to the team.
• Collaborate with other departments, including production and marketing, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Modern Trade and/or General Trade.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Location : Pursenchey, Phnom Penh
- Days & Time: Mon-Sat ( Half Day) & 8:00am-5:30pm
• Able to work in Pursenchey area.
• Willing to work longer.
