-Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
-Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate team members.
-Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining office calendars.
-Prepare, organize, and file important documents and reports.
-Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
-Provide administrative support to managers and staff when needed.
-Proven experience in an office administrative role (1-2 years preferred).
-Strong organaizational and time-management skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Khmer (English is a plus).
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
