• Act as the overall product quality coordinator in the plant.
• Ensure all quality related functions / processes practiced and adhered at the manufacturing processes.
• Liaise with other functional areas such as Fab inspection, RMW, PE and Engineering departments and ensure all the quality related issues are sorted out to deliver customer expectation.
• Participating Pre-production activities for new styles and ensure proper style integration from product development to sewing.
• Act as an overall quality coordinator and train QAEs to maximize their efficiency.
• Follow up PDCA activities and problem solving in the line on major quality defects.
• Liaise with QAEs, production managers and provide / update information to the Head of Quality Assurance when necessary.
• Conduct daily department meetings and surface issues that need solutions.
• Conducting problem solving for the major KPI deviations and involve calibrating department subordinates.
• Set targets and evaluate performance of each section on daily tasks.
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

• At least 3 year of experience in the garment industry
• Good command of spoken and written English & Khmer
• Honest, self-motivated and hardworking
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Computer literate
